Email communication
The form sends your name, company, email, telephone, project address and message through the server to Access Wave. A temporary session cookie protects against CSRF, and requests are rate-limited by IP. Message contents are not stored in a website database but are delivered by email. Temporary rate-limit records contain an IP hash and request time; records older than 24 hours are periodically cleaned up. Information you share is used to respond to and manage your inquiry.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may record IP addresses, access times and technical details in server logs. Retention depends on the actual hosting configuration and company obligations.
